Cord lock for venetian blinds used to hold up blind when cleaning or opening windows.
Cords are located between the roller and the serated roller and lock into position when raised and pulled to the side.

Cord lock should be positioned so that the cord is pulled either left or right to release the lock, not towards the centre of your blind.
Will be packed in cardboard for secure shipment.
