Wand connection for triangular wand, commonly used for vertical blinds and panel glide blinds.

Replacement parts for vertical blind wand when yours has snapped off. Vertilux brand.

These connectors can be easily changed by removing the screw which hold the old connector in place, swapping with the new connector then replacing the screw.
